Using Fellow’s mail-in semen analysis kit is easy.

1. Purchase a kit.

Ask your provider about Fellow. You’ll have a testing kit fast, and it will come with everything you need to ship a sample to our lab.

2. Provide a sample at home.

You’ll use the instructions provided to produce a sample and drop it off at your nearest UPS Store that same day. Overnight shipping is paid for, and the label is already on the box.

3. Get your results.

Fellow’s easy-to-understand report includes all the metrics your provider needs to get a full picture of your sperm health. We’ll email results within two business days of receiving your sample.
